We follow a stringent quality assurance policy to make certain that a high level of effectiveness is maintained in our activities and processes. Special guidelines have been issued to the procurement team that the raw material like cotton yarn, CRC sheets, etc are to be procured from trustworthy vendors only. Also, the raw material are well inspected by our quality inspectors before these are sent to the production facility. The quality inspectors also maintain a strict vigil on production process to ensure that the Elevator Buckets manufactured by us are at par with the industrial norms and standards. The finalized products are securely packed using fine quality packaging material and are promptly delivered to the clients as per the given schedule.

Manufacturing Unit

Our manufacturing unit is stretched over a large area of 30,000 square feet. The unit is outfitted with the highly advanced machinery such as Mechanical Pressure, Yarn Twisters, Handloom, Perforating Press, Power Press, etc. It is due to the well-developed manufacturing facilities that we are able to have bulk production throughout the year. The Production Capacity of our manufacturing unit is :

• Cotton & Nylon Belting : 3,000 meters per month
• Seamless Elevator Buckets : 1, 00,000 pieces per month
• Perforated Sheets : 4,000 sheets per month
